Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start your return, please visit our Returns Center at individualityjewelry.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for sending your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered and will be deducted from your refund.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item for a different color or style, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired piece.
Final Sale Items
All Final Sale, Discounted, or Promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please make sure to check product details before placing your order, as these items are offered at special prices and cannot be modified once purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and inspecting all orders before they are shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it through our Contact Page at individualityjewelry.com. We’ll review your case and arrange for a replacement or store credit if eligible.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Returns
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when sending your return. individualityjewelry.com is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages. Be sure to keep your tracking information until your refund is confirmed.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit equal to the item’s current value. Store credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card redeemable on individualityjewelry.com.
